Finding Your Purpose

I've finally settled on what I want to do for the remainder of my years.

And that is to coach and motivate secondary school students and continue to be a motivational speaker.

So, my mission is to support secondary school students as they navigate life through, personal development, well-being, and academic excellence.

I'm doing this by designing coaching programs to help students perform at their highest potential, whereby they gain greater clarity, consistency, and confidence, along with providing support for parents.

Getting to this point was not easy. I had started on this path many years ago, diverted to other paths, and now I'm here doing it even more deliberately.

How did I decide where I was finally going to settle?

On one level, there was much reflection on my part, followed by discussions with one of my life coaches. However, at that point, I still had not made the decision. It was then between God and me.

My decision was eventually made after much dissatisfaction and disappointment from engaging in other business opportunities. Plus, there was one business opportunity that, though seemingly exciting and lucrative, didn't sit right.

Nonetheless, one of the things that allowed me to finally make my decision was reflecting. Having done some introspection on my life and the contributions I've made, I examined the trends in my life: the hills and valleys. I recognized the patterns, patterns which led me right back to the source of my existence.

Secondly, I had the support of my coaches, both directly and indirectly. Having these connections with my coaches helped me to deepen my reflections.

Finally, having experienced both personal introspection on my own and with my coaches, a decision was about to be made.

I participated in a challenge for 21 days, which allowed me to consistently focus on God and my goal: my marathon of writing my story, writing my book.

It was then that I decided to settle with being a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker. That's what it all added up to. I see it as God's calling on my life.

I know many of us are not quite sure of where we would like to go and how to achieve it, especially as a secondary school student or as a parent.

But what I can tell you, is that having a coach who helps you gain clarity and confidence works. I've been able to gain clarity on what I needed to achieve. Together with my coach, strategies were developed to accomplish my goals.

With my coach, I was able to gain confidence in speaking to all types of audiences, whether at workshops, Zoom meetings, webinars, social media live sessions, and radio.

My coaches held me accountable to my goals, whatever they were to ensure I kept moving forward.

So, if you're in this place of uncertainty on how to achieve your goals, or you know what you want and require accountability, then reach out to me.

I've been there! I know how depressing it feels when you can't seem to get it together, how angry you may feel about not succeeding in areas that you know you have the abilities to excel in. I know and understand.

I know the way forward and how to get there because I've done it.

So, book a call. Let's work together and make it happen for you.
